Legent AI is a product. These Terms of Service govern your use of legentai.com and all services provided through it. Please read them before using the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Legent AI — whether by creating an account, uploading a resume, or purchasing a plan — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Legent AI. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must also have the legal right to submit any content you upload. If you are uploading a resume, it must be your own. You may not submit another person's personal information without their explicit permission.

What the Service Does and Does Not Guarantee

Legent AI transforms and localizes resume content using AI. We will process your uploaded resume and return a formatted output tailored to the target country and template you selected.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the output for any particular purpose. AI-generated content can vary in quality, and you are responsible for reviewing the output before using it.

We do not guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, application success, or any employment outcome. Legent AI is a document formatting and localization tool — nothing more.

User Responsibilities

You retain full ownership of the resume content you upload. By submitting content to Legent AI, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content for the sole purpose of delivering the transformation you requested. We do not claim any ownership over your resume.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you upload. You are responsible for reviewing the output before submitting it to any employer or application system.

You must not upload content that belongs to another person without their explicit consent. You must not submit false, fabricated, or fraudulent personal information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Legent AI only for its intended purpose: transforming and localizing your own resume for legitimate job applications.

You must not:

Use the service to generate false, fraudulent, or misleading CVs intended to misrepresent qualifications, identity, or employment history.

Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, access, or interact with the platform in ways not permitted by normal use.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the platform's templates, algorithms, or underlying systems.

Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Accounts found in violation of these restrictions will be terminated without refund.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of termination where appropriate. In cases of serious or clear-cut violations — fraud, abuse, unauthorized scraping — we may act immediately without prior notice.

If your account is terminated for a violation of these terms, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused credits or subscription time.

Intellectual Property

You own your resume content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the personal content you upload.

Legent AI owns everything else: the platform, the interface, the template designs, the localization logic, the system prompts, and all underlying technology. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of the platform or its components to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of the Legent AI platform or its output systems without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Legent AI is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Algrologic and Legent AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to missed job opportunities, application rejections, employer decisions, or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated output.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Legent AI shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, by emailing the address associated with your account.

Continuing to use Legent AI after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service and delete your account.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD]. Any disputes arising from your use of Legent AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
